Hotel is fine ! Staff very polite and helpful ! Tiny window in the room ! Little natural light ! very very dull on a bright sunny day! Complained to staff who gave me another room which wasn't much better! Bathroom doesn't have any shelves for storage!

Last weekend was the first time I stayed in Citywest though I attend the Irish Dancing Championships every year there. Would I stay again............yes, definitely. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and pleasant. Room was a nice size and comfortable. Prices of rooms very reasonable. Overall a very relaxing stay and I hope to stay even longer next year. Thank you

Can't recommend the citywest highly enough. Absolutely fantastic. Friendly helpful staff and the facilities are awesome. Best gym I've ever been to and it's included in the price. Bargain!! The breakfast is better if you go early rather than after 9.30 but even then it's still good quality. I'll be going back without doubt

A quick overnight stay to attend a function in the hotel. Very pleasant staff - helpful and courteous. The hotel was extremely busy but staff had plenty of time for any queries and questions we had. Ate in the restaurant for dinner - food very nice and staff knowledgeable about dietary needs. Room was airy and quiet so a good night's sleep was had by all. Very enjoyable experience

We were attending the CRN Irish Opens and stayed one night. The room was very comfortable and everything we needed was there. The breakfast the next day was lovely. We ate in the restaurant one night and had an excellent meal. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Also, my friend's daughter left her phone in the restroom of the dancing venue and we thought that it was gone forever - it was an iPhone. However the restroom attendant found it and returned it to her. I must compliment the attendant for her extreme honesty and we mentioned it to reception at the time. I don't know her name but it happened on Saturday evening 4th May. I would rate the City West Hotel very highly, Regards, Catherine Hickey

Lovely hotel, big spacious room, no problems at all. Would stay again. Only downfall is that our room was so far away from the reception.

I work away at large conferences staying in large hotels very often. Sometimes they can be a little impersonal as there is such a large customer base flowing through and also many staff. At the City West hotel i did not find this at all!! The staff were all extremely friendly and chatty and always remembered you. The room s were clean and spacious and decorated to a high standard. Only let down for me was a personal one and thats that I didn't get time for a round of golf and i hear that was great as well Thank you

Had a lovely stay with my husband daughter and her friend for the irish dancing festival. Could not fault the hotel one bit.Room was a great size and overall had a great stay. Only maybe one negative point would be the parking. It would maybe be an idea to let the hotel guests use the hotel end of the car park and leave the far end for the golfers as it can be a bit of a pain trying to find a spot.

I had an enjoyable stay wiith my Mum and two daughters. Family room was big, bright, cheerful and comfortable. All hotel staff were very friendly expecially the restaurant and breakfast staff. All meals were delicious. Children's meals where served with the adult starter a very good idea. We all had a relaxing time. My girls loved the heated swimming pool. Thanks. We will be back again.

this must be my 8th stay at the Citywest Hotel, and I was packed as usual two days before I got there. the hotel could not please me more. I am just the wrong person to ask if there is a problem.... I never see one. from you arrive until you leave, I have never yet met a rude or stupid member of staff.. any problem is sorted in minutes.... my problem this time.... there was no ironing board or iron in my room. am I going to complain....??? No. if I had wanted one, I could have phoned and had one within 10 minutes... I know that for a fact. the hotel is spotless every single time too. every time... I have heard people complain about the long corridors, well for goodness sake, its the biggest hotel in Europe... and just for the record, the time I was in a suite - at the furthest point away from reception I timed it.... I really did..... it took 4 minutes and 30 seconds to reach the desk.... and that included the lift journey, so, come on ..... some one said they had taken 30 minutes, well, I just wonder what hotel they were at...!!! I may not be there again until November, and you know something.... I cant wait...

An excellent hotel with superb facilities, great food and atmosphere, and lovely staff throughout. The spa area is great and very relaxing. Public areas were a bit noisy on Saturday night due to the number of children staying for a dancing event, but i assume this isnt the norm. Live music in the bar was very good. Would highly recommend Citywest for a break and i cant wait to go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We found all the staff so friendly and helpful. Our room was excellent. As it was our 41st wedding anniversary we treated ourselves to a meal in the Lemongrass and it was also excellent. We were only sorry we had only one night and will definitely be back for a few nights in the near future. We will be recommending it to our friends. Anne Marie Kelly.

Nice hotel very helpful staff great price including breakfast. I visited for a conference so was fine. The corridor I was in was very long and I have arthritis maybe this could be put on you special requirements. It was fine for a conference but would not stay for a getaway as it does not seem equipped for this. no small bars or nice restaurant. Had to wait til 3pm for room servicing and had no towels

Stayed for 1 night (Fri) with my husband, attending a wedding evening. Ate in the Bistro, informal setting, food was nice, reasonably priced and friendly waitress. Superior Room was lovely, all the comforts you could want. Breakfast plentiful and tasty. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Can definitely recommend.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM FRIENDLY STAFF. ROOM WAS SO MUCH BIGGER THAN I EXPECTED. I WAS IN DUBLIN VISITING MY BROTHER WHO IS VERY ILL IN HOSPITAL AND THE STAFF WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN DIRECTING ME TO THE HOSPITAL. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE HOTEL TO ANYONE STAYING IN THIS AREA. VERY EASY TO FIND AND GET TO FROM THE AIRPORT

We arrived on Friday evening, to be given a complimentary upgrade to adjoining rooms, which was very much appreciated and a pleasant surprise. The rooms were very spacious, with a queen sized bed in one room, and a queen and single in the other room. There was a fridge put into one of the rooms as I'd requested, and there was good facilities such as flat screen tv's on the wall, a very good hairdryer (a surprise in a hotel!) and tea/coffee making facilities. The air conditioning is centrally located, and the rooms were were in (Swift Wing) were very warm, so be sure to ring to reception and ask them to adjust it, as it makes sleeping very difficult when it's too warm. We ate in the hotel restaurant that evening, which was ok. I didn't feel it was of a four-star hotel quality, however it was from a set menu so perhaps it was just the "economy" menu. Our daughter was ill the next day, and housekeeping were very good to us, giving us extra of sheets, towels etc. We ordered room service from the Lemongrass restaurant that night, which was delicious, would highly recommend it. We used the swimming pool on Sunday morning, which was lovely and my daughter enjoyed. Location is very good, just off the motorway on the way into Dublin and just 20 minutes from the city without traffic, so you are near enough but far enough away to have fresh air outside the door and take a little stroll up the tree lined path. The hotel was very busy with a lot of events & parties going on, and the reception areas were crowded at times, which took away from the atmosphere in a way I think, it wasn't as relaxed as I would have liked it to be, but our room was far enough away from the reception that it did not impact us at night time.
