About me:
I have been working at Citywest Leisure Club over 3 years now. I got my fitness qualification at the fitness academy and as soon as I was qualified I applied for a job at Citywest and they took me on a few weeks later. I have always had a big interest in fitness as I have been a competitive dancer since the age of 7 and won titles all over the world. I have recently been promoted to Sales Executive and this is where I see my career excel.

About me:

I have been working at Citywest Leisure as a fitness instructor and personal trainer since October 2017. I started my fitness journey from the very bottom. Timid, overweight and unhappy , I took a leap and joined the gym and gradually I developed confidence strength and most importantly I developed a drive to succeed.
As someone who has been very overweight, I understand how daunting the gym can be, believe me I’ve been there. I know how frustrating it can be when you don’t know how to go about achieving your goals whether it be to lose fat, improve your fitness, get stronger or even just to learn correct technique while also making important gains in self-confidence and esteem. I’m here to help you or push you to reach your goals.

About me:
I have been working in the fitness industry over 3 years while training obsessively and researching about fitness for 14 years. In the past being heavily into body building for 12 years I am now a travelling competitive breakdancer.
The way I train my clients is to give them the tools to use over time so they can become independent! This way they can secure a healthy + strong physique for life using the knowledge obtained! I have researched extremely critically, all about fitness/nutrition and tested many different and incorrect methods to weed out the best ones. I also hold the mind as being the key to reaching goals and have researched a lot about this over the years. We need to program our mind so we automatically and consistently become positive and pro-active.

I have been working in the Fitness Industry for over 5 Years. I worked here in Citywest for almost 2 years before going travelling for a year and coming back to work here again. I’ve always been active playing many sports growing up. I ran in the Leinster Cross Country winning Silver and am also an All-Ireland Champion Irish Dancer. My favourite classes to teach are Spin & Boxing.
